Why is it that irrational behavior is usually only identified by the witness and not the one who is irate. So many times have I had an out-of-body experience that caused me to transport to a different world for a short moment in time. Only to find that when I returned to reality I have left a lot of confusion and chaos in my wake.
Honest self evaluation can be our most useful tool in life. It serves so many purposes.
1. When you conduct a review of your self, you are the only person who has to know.
2. When (and I do mean "when") you find flaws in one way or another you are the
only one that can fix them.
3. You can take as long as you need to fix the flaws (there is no timeline as long
as you are working to fix things within yourself)
4. When you finally become comfortable with the "new you" others around you will
notice the change.
5. This is one of the many things you can take full credit for if you choose.
Keep in mind that your own self evaluation is only useful if you are interested in making a change before you become the dysfunctional element in any platonic, romantic, or professional relationship you may have.
Finding, admitting and fixing your flaws is a hard pill to swallow, but either you take your own medicine or you run the risk of shoving who you are down someones throat...and no one wants to be force fed.
Only you can make the true change, so learn your worth and increase your value.
"you know the saying..."if you want something done right, do it yourself"
Become a better person TODAY! Tomorrow may be too late.

Make a Difference Today
I have so much running through my mind, but when I go to talk about it, it seems I go blank.
I often times wonder if I never spoke whats on my mind would it even make a difference.
Do you ever feel like that? Do you ever want to add your advice even when its not solicited? We all have been there, but what about the time where you are invited to give your advice and the requester ignores you anyway. Did you make a difference or not?
Well try something today, work very hard at making a difference. Find a situation and give some advice.
Really think about how you will help and be creative enough to get them to understand it the way you see it.
The whole point is to make a difference, a real difference. One that will benefit everyone involved.
Good Luck!

Its Rough Being Me Today
WOW!!!!
Sometime its just easier to say WOW!
It gets the point across, it expresses how you feel and it has the ability to start and stop most conversations.
Go ahead and say it...WOW...

Raising Them
I bet you want to know who "them" are. Well its your kids...who else?
Can you answer a few questions?
Where are they right now?
(Not physically, but mentally)
When is the last time you showed your love for them?
(because simply saying it is often times just automatic words that we speak.)
When is the last time you listened to their voice?
(I mean, when is the last time you truly listened with your heart)
Check in with them more often and insist that they check with you. After all, you are the reason they exist...
